GeneCker participated in "2024 Arab Health" from January 29 to February 1. During the exhibition.

GeneCker introduced its cutting-edge products, including CRISPincette™ LUNG, CRISmono™ NRAS, and CRISrt™ EGFR, developed using ultra-precise CRISPR/Cas9 technology.

The CRISPincette™ series is built on proprietary CRISPR-based precision cancer diagnostics technology. It combines gene-editing techniques with NGS to detect low-frequency mutations within cfDNA, which allows for applications in multi-cancer detection assays.

In addition to the CRISPincette™ line, GeneCker showcased other innovative products, including CRISmono™, based on Sanger sequencing, and ONCOseeker™, an NGS panel utilizing hybridization capture methods. These state-of-the-art solutions generated significant interest and facilitated productive discussions.

유전자 가위를 이용한 초정밀 암 진단 원천기술을 기반으로 하여 유전자 가위와 NGS를 접목해 개발한 진단 제품 (CRISPincette™)은 cfDNA 내 저빈도 변이 검출을 위해 개발되었으며, 다중암 검출 검사에 활용 가능함을 소개하였습니다. 또한, NGS와 유전자 가위 기술을 접목한 CRISPincette™을 포함하여, Sanger sequencing 기반의 CRISmono™ 및 Hybridization capture 방식의 NGS panel인 ONCOseeker™ 등의 제품을 소개하고, 호응을 받으며 유익한 장이 되었습니다.
